Includes:

• Consumption of electricity, water, gas for cooking
• Use of swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas (the swimming pool is open from June to September. It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap)
• Linen for beds, bathroom and kitchen.Dishes and utensils (including ironing board and iron and Phon)
• Use of outdoor barbecue
• Private covered (1 parking space per apartment)
• Shared laundry room
• Wi-Fi in apartment and reception area and pool area
• Pets Allowed with Leash Obligation in Common Pets allowed on a leash in common areas, not allowed in the swimming pool

Extras payable locally:

• • City tax € 1 per person for days, excluding children under twelve
  • Heating € 5.00 per m3 with a reading of the meter on arrival and departure
  • Apartment cleaning :  (50 euro for Cleaning Apartments 2 + 2 – 70 euro for Apartments 4 + 2 – 100 euro for Apartments 4+4)
  • Additional linen on request (Set 2 people 12 euros)
  • Single bed added 15 euros per day
  • Animals on request (supplement 20 euros per week)
